2.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and are refundable.

3.1. Product Availability: Replacement of the product will be subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

3.2. Exchange of Defective Products: In the case of defective or damaged products, Comrade Automotive will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional charge to the customer.

1.  Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

2. Customized or personalized products.

3. Products marked as final sale or clearance.

4.2. Services: Refunds or replacements are not applicable to services provided by Comrade Automotive, such as maintenance or installation services.

5.2. Fill the Form: Fill out the refund/replacement request form provided on our website, including the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the product

  • Reason for the refund or replacement request

  • Photos (if applicable) of the product demonstrating any defects or damages
